COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Vaccination card upload will be required for event registration. Guests will need to be fully vaccinated (one or two doses with 14-day gestation period) not to include booster shot. Vaccine card uploads will be evaluated by a medical team retained by tbg Events. Upload is completely secure and goes directly to the medical group to authenticate the card. If there are questions or missing information, that team will contact the registrant directly.
Masks are optional and will be available at all in-person NASP events and/or meetings.
We will also have small hand sanitizers available for guests. Most venues have hand sanitizer available as well, and we will ask for hand sanitizer placement close to event areas as necessary.
Should an attendee show symptoms, we will have a few quick tests on hand for self-administration. We will also have referrals to nearby medical facilities for treatment or quarantine recommendations.
We will follow city and state guidelines regarding the number of people in a space.
